What do these innovations have in common? Some creative person took a look at a manual process, realized it was “automatable,” and improvements resulted.  In my experience, every organization has a few totally cost-ineffective, and often boring, but critical processes that can be automated, freeing up the person who does them to do something else. This is the type of creativity I can bring to you.
